I see the countless Christmas trees around the world below

Ireland was the perfect way to finish off this year!  We stayed in some of the most wonderful castle hotels and had some of the sweetest hosts at our B&B's! The little mishaps (unleaded in a diesel and a flat tire in the middle of the night on a narrow two way street) only made the trip that much more fun to remember!

Opposite Land

We got back from our much needed vacation a few weeks ago, but I had no internet when we got back and to honest I wasn't really missing it that much (mostly because I check everything from my phone). Today was the day I decided to call Qwest and get the problem fixed and I am back to blogging so that must mean it is FIXED!

What can I say it was really one of the best trips ever!! I was laughing the entire time, I could not have gone with a better group of people! Okay I have to admit I pulled the B*%$@ card one night and I am totally blaming sleep deprivation because everyone who knows me would know that I dont have it in me to be a b*#@% right???

It got pretty quiet and this is what I walked in to find! 

I wish nap time was always this easy.

she is wearing make-up, but if you look close you can see her battle with one of the doggies she tried to skin where she ultimately took a bite to the face! Cruela will never win!! (really the neighbors dog thought she was getting a little to close for comfort so he did bite her in the face)

Oh my gosh....... we had the best Halloween this year!! It was so nostalgic, I loved every second of it. We went to the factory stores so my dad could go with the kids, its an easy in and out.

We go every year to the big house in Green Valley and the kids get their full size candy bars and ride the train. After we all went back to dads house to drop him off when we decided we were going to go to Sugar Leo in Bloomington and OMG there was no where to park and the streets were filled with people, it was just like I remember Halloween growing up in Bloomington. I had lost faith in good old fashioned trick-or-treating when they started the lame trunk-or-treat crap, but Bloomington restored my faith that my kids will get to experience some of the fun things I did as a child!!! 

me: "Scotlynn can you say trick-or-treat?"

Travis: "yeah, Scottie say trick-or-treat smell my feet"

Scotlynn:" trick-or-treat smell my..................UNDERWEAR hahaha"

Happy Friday!!

I am so excited to say that I have one more Happy Friday post before I am leaving on a jet plane and I don't know when I'll be back again..................................okay I do know when I will be back, but I love that song and a full week is not nearly enough time for vacation. I am going with a workaholic that is more worried about what he is leaving behind then what he is going to be seeing and experiencing WAHHHH right!

Happy Halloween

I got Scotlynn's Cruela De Vil costume finished and I must say she is a pretty convincing Cruela! Travis went with a wild west sheriff which I am happy about because he finally is NOT wearing a mask that covers his handsome face!

We went to Valley of Fire camping a couple of weekends ago and had a BLAST! I love going places with my dad, he is so organized and takes care of all the little details that I don't even think about! Ashlee and I along with the twins, Scottie and Travis went Thursday to get a prime spot and we did!  Cant wait to go to the slabs again in January! Whenever we take the trailer now it makes me wish we were back there!
