Goof'in around!

We went to Goofy's Kitchen for dinner on our first night! The kids totally love that the characters come and have one on one time with them! Travis was playing hide n go seek with Pluto for most of our meal. Scottie didnt know what to think until the dancing started and then she was all for the characters invading her personal space. I love Disneyland!!!!

It's official she is a PRINCESS

This year as soon as we got into the park on the first day we headed straight to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for Scotlynn's princess makeover!! It was so much fun she LOVED every second of it. If you have little girl's it is a must when you visit Disneyland!

California- My little beauties and the beach!

The day we drove to California was beautiful!
We arrived fairly early at the room and had time to kill so we decided to go to the beach. Scottie wasn't scared at all until a wave came and knocked her off her feet then she didn't want anything to do with the ocean and instead walked up to the pier with her papa. Harper dug her tiny toes in the sand for the first time in her life and didn't seem one bit bothered. Travis is my water boy! He has had no official swimming lessons yet but that doesn't stop him from diving in and riding some waves! It was the perfect way to spend our first day.

This is Halloween, Halloween, Halloween!

Halloween was another success! The kids got enough candy to take for the ride to Disneyland and we didn't freeze our butts off (meaning the weather was perfect) trying to get it. Early in the day we went to Travis' parade and saw all the creative costumes that parent come up with. I was cheap and figured that we paid $200.00 dollars for Travis to play football we may as well get some extra use out of the uniform. Scotlynn's costume was a dual use thing as well, originally I was going to make Jack and Sally costumes for the both of them but when we planned Disneyland so close to Halloween I decided she could be a princess and wear it one day in the land of Disney also. Watch out for the cutest damn Jack Skellington and Sally next Halloween!! We got to spend some time with Grandma Great, Grandma Hirschi and Aunt Jo that day also.
