Like Sands Through The Hourglass

I feel like my life right now is a hourglass!
Every grain of sand that drops is just less time I have to prepare my house so when we get back it is in order and a relaxing place after Ireland! Less time with Travis and Scotlynn being young and innocent. Less time we have to really start thinking about our future and the directions we want to go in. Maybe being almost thirty or all of the holidays quickly approaching is throwing me into panic mode???   What ever it is it needs to STOP!

On a lighter note......... we received our Ireland package!! It came with a really nice bag to keep all the important stuff and all of our vouchers for the rental car, castles, and B&Bs! Oh we also got some really cool maps that I think I will use for some house decor when we get back and some discount books that double as travel guides!!  CAN'T WAIT!! This vacation is keeping me sane right now with all the stress I seem to be putting on myself lately.

Go Seahawks!

Travis had his first game on Monday! The Seahawks won 20 something to 0 WAHOO!! Travis played well considering the stitches may have slowed him down a little!

Its all fun and games until someone gets hurt!

Travis and Isaac were outside minding their own business when Robert decided he should go out and chase them pretending to be wielding a gun. This is the result!!!
We left Instacare that night with eight stitches in Travis' leg and a frown on his face!

I do have to say he was pretty darn tough. I was very proud of the way he handled his first injury worthy of stitches!!!

Happy Friday!!

Holy Shinikers (yup made it up) we leave in one month for IRELAND!! I am so excited to travel with Robert, hopefully this is only the first of many that we take to somewhere far far away! The passport is here and  the travel packages from our Irish agent should be on their way, now all that's left to do is make a shopping list for Robert and I.............Oh......... and figure out who and where we are going to be leaving our offspring, I tell you I always leave the little details for last. Michael came over last week or was it the week before???????cant remember, but anyway we booked all the B&B's according to the direction we will be traveling. In total we will be sleeping at five B&B's, two Castle's Ballynahinch and Abbeyglen and two airplanes!! We start and end our journey in Dublin, but the first day we fly in very early so we will have a lot of time to sight see. I am planning the ghost bus tour that evening for us and I am so excited. Its supposed to be pretty cool and kind of freaky! From there I'm not sure...........its still in the planning stages, I'm sure it will include a little or a lot of golf!

Painting Pictures

Saturday we went to Grandma Hirschi's to eat some yummy food and some pumpkin paintingi! Robert and I provided the food and Grandma Hirschi provided the fun, Scotlynn thought that she should paint her face and her pumpkin.Travis wasn't supposed to join in the painting fun, but Robert and I strive to be inconsistent parents and true to form gave in and let him paint a pumpkin.

Sunday Michael, Bella, Gideon and myself went out to take some pictures! I think we got some pretty good ones it hard for me to say which is my favorite.
